1. Generally, the dissolution ratio of phosphorus removal agent should not exceed 30%, and it is OK to prepare a 10% solution for use.

2. When adding phosphorus removal agents, relevant staff should wear safety gloves, masks and other protective equipment.

3. The medicament needs to be stirred after it is put into use, and the mixing tool is generally made of plastic.

There are three kinds of dephosphorization agents for sewage treatment. Users need to choose which agent to use according to the quality of sewage:

1. Use solid phosphorus remover SP-1 under acidic conditions;

2. Use liquid phosphorus remover SP-2 at pH value of about 7~12;

3. Use liquid phosphorus remover sp-3 under neutral conditions;

Warm tips: the phosphorus removal agent for sewage treatment should avoid exposure to the sun and cannot be placed with strong acids and bases. It can only be stored for 1-2 years after unsealing.

When adding dephosphorization agent before sewage sedimentation, it is necessary to set up a device that generates vortex or supply energy to meet the needs of mixing. If the biological section uses a biological filter, in order to prevent damage to the filler (yellow rust), fe2+ agent is not allowed to be used.

If the dephosphorization agent is added when the water is discharged, the dephosphorization agent is generally added to a mixing tank behind the secondary sedimentation tank, and then mixed and precipitated, followed by a flocculation tank and a sedimentation tank (or air flotation tank).
